Sarah Brightman is a famous and celebrated British soprano, actress, songwriter and dancer, who rose to fame following her roles in the London West End stage musicals 'The Phantom Of The Opera', 'Cats' and 'Aspects Of Love', Sarah has also appeared in some Broadway productions. Sarah is also famous for once being married to Andrew Lloyd Webber.'La Luna' released between April 2000 and January 2001 in various countries is Sarah's tenth album (excluding soundtracks, cast recordings and compilations), it reached number one on the U.S. Billboard Top Classical Crossover Albums Chart, the songs 'Scarborough Fair' and 'A Whiter Shade Of Pale' were singles. The album consists of a fusion of classical, new age and folk influences, using both tradional orchestral instuments, as well as electronic sounds.
